Na Mariánské náměstí jsme Tě znovu neposlali náhodou, podél Klementina je totiž stoka, kterou se dá projít na naše další stanoviště. Víš ale proč tu je?
Dohledali jsme, že stoka byla vybudována jezuity již roku 1660 a sloužila k odvodnění Klementina. Navíc byla splachována vodou z kašny na nádvoří Klementina, protože tou dobou tam žilo a studovalo několik set lidí.

We didn’t send you to Mariánské náměstí again by chance, there is a sewer along Klementinum, which you can walk to our next checkpoint. However, do you know why it’s here?
We found out that the sewer was built by the Jesuits in 1660 to drain the Klementinum. Moreover, it was flushed with water from the fountain in the courtyard of the Klementinum, for at that time several hundred people lived and studied there.
